| | w.l.m. shut down; when i sign in to wlm page loads up and all is fine, then after about 30 seconds i get the message windows live messenger has encountard a problem and needs to close no error messages. I have the latest build 14.0.8064.206 then the usesual box would you like to send to microsoft or not and i send it. this all started after i installed the latest build i have windows xp sp2 -- Kevin p. |

To do so, just head over to Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel, find Windows Live Essentials and uninstall Messenger from there.
