| | Re: Missing History Greetings Vicale, If Messenger crashes, you lose everything that happened in that conversation. If you want to avoid this problem, you might consider using Messenger Plus instead (http://www.msgplus.net), which has its own Messenger logging/history function which doesn't have this problem (it saves as the conversation happens). That said, it shouldn't be crashing that frequently - is there anything specific you're doing when it crashes? -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2009 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "Vicale" <Vicale@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:F7DBC225-36F3-4D91-963B-A428734CEE9E@xxxxxx Quote: > Hi All.Hopefully someone may be able to help.Msn often just crashes and when > it goes all the current conversation is lost from the history. Is there a way > to get it Back. Thanks in Advance. > I'm using xp and version 2008 build 8.5 |

| | Re: Missing History Hi Jonathan.. I will give messenger plus a try,Though usually I am just surfing the net at the same time.It does seem to happen more often when I am on Facebook but not always,It just freezes up wont respond and then off it goes,so I end up closing the program and restarting it.
