| | contacts not transfered when updated to new version hi, messenger was working fine and then i downloaded the most up to date version. none of my contacts have transfered over and i can't add anyone. i've logged in at work and all my contacts are there and i can chat fine. at home on my laptop though they are not there. i went to help and tried changed the setting as suggested but i still have the same problem, can someone help me? thanks |

My mother occasionally signs in with different accounts and different places and is confused to see different contact lists.
