Live Message History backgroung color change

In middle of messaging I believe a third party jumped in or took over a
converstion.
In reviewing the time in message history background color went white at time
I think
3rd party took over.
Anyway to verify I was messaging someone different.?

Re: Live Message History backgroung color change

Greetings,

Not really -- but I highly doubt that anyone "interfered" your conversation, unless they took
over your PC or logged in elsewhere using your credentials (in which case, you would had been
notified).

Could you be a little more specific as to what you mean by the colour going white? In some
cases, a bit of binary data or weird characters can mess up the message history parsing and
all you'll get is a blank white space; is that what you're seeing?
