How to select video source (Was Re: 2 questions: app sharing & webcam)

I'm able to select the webcam over the video card under Tools > Audio and
video setup...

There should be a drop-down list after you press "Next >" on the
Speaker/Microphone Setup screen.

I have the drop-down with "Default" and "Disable" choices and I don't even
have a webcam installed.

Application Sharing (Was Re: 2 questions: app sharing & webcam)

In Windows XP, click "Activities" in a conversation window. You should see
it in the drop-down menu.

It's not available in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

If you need Application Sharing functionality on Vista or Windows 7 you
might try Microsoft SharedView:

Another alternative may be Microsoft Remote Assistance:
