| | Stuck invitation Every time I sign Into WLM the yellow bar appears telling me I have an invitation. But if I follow the link there is no invitation there. I pretty sure what happened is someone invited me and then blocked me before I responded. So this invite is stuck there and shows every time I sign in but I can't get rid of it. regards baz |

| | Re: Stuck invitation Greetings Baz, From time-to-time, it will show invitations when they are none. It should just clear up on its own in time. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2009 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "Baz" <aaa@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:u06KggJ7JHA.3592@xxxxxx Quote: > Every time I sign Into WLM the yellow bar appears telling me I have an invitation. | | Re: Stuck invitation There are no invites listed when I log into http://home.live.com/ All other invites work ok. I.e. If the yellow bar says 3 invitations there are actually 2 real invites plus this "phantom invite". I am very certain that this was a real invite which I didn't respond to. Subsequently I've been blocked by the sender and so I can't get access to delete or respond to the invite. But it still annoyingly shows up every time I sign into WLM (Vista SP1). This has been happening daily for about 6 weeks now.
