| Vista Home Premium 32bit. | Webcam effects in MSN I was wondering if it's possible to apply the effects from the Microsoft LifeCam dashboards during a MSN video call. The HELP file says yeah we can but when I'm on MSN and I enter the cam software to apply the effects it says the cam is in use in another program. I have the Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 |
