Vista Tutorial - My post office and folders of my hotmail disappeared

Somebody treatment to enter my mail of hotmail, and my account blockade.
Then, I try to enter to my accounts, but the hotmail did not let to me enter,
then selec the option: ¨FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?¨, the hotmail I ask my secret
question, answers my question, and I could enter hotmail´ accont. But my
surprise was, that only was my contacts, so, all the emails and folders is
not here. The trays were empty: INBOX, SENDS, DELETE, OUTPUT. Somebody can
help me to reclaim my post office. This problem I pass yesterday 2 of July,
to the 8 in the morning.

How i to resolve this problem?
