freezes up within the minute. other e-mails can sign in without any problems,
plus i can sign in with my main account on another computer with no
difficulties. i tried removing msn then re-downloading it onto my laptop,
changing internet explorer settings, and i typed in a command-prompt message
that i found in the help section, but nothing worked. please, please, please

Re: troubles signing in

Greetings,

What version of Windows is this?

Just to clarify, you're able to sign in, and maybe open a conversation window to someone, but
it then freezes after that - or you don't get that far?

Re: troubles signing in

i don't know what version this is...i just pressed download on the website.
it pops up as windows live messenger but it doesn't say anything about what
version. it's the one that can have pictures at the top part of the msn
window.

i type in my e-mail address and password, but it freezes during the rotation
of the 2 pawn-looking things. sometimes i can move my mouse, but ctrl, alt,
and delete never works.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!
