Which firewall software are you using exactly? Maybe we can help you configure it so that
Messenger's webcam will work properly.

Thanks Jonathan, i'm using Windows Firewall. I tried what someone else
suggested and deleted WIndows Live Messenger from the Windows Firewall
exception list and tried to make a video call. I got a pop up box saying it
was stopped by Windows Firewall and I said to unblock but the "session was
ended".
Please help me with it. Thank you
