Vista - Messenger Live Video not showing web cam, Fixed!!

I exited messenger completely by right clicking on the minimized
icon.Restarted messenger.Went into options unchecked the let other see my
webcam" box. Exited messenger again with right clicking the icon on the task
bar. then restarted messenger again ,went into options checked the box "let
others see that i have a webcam " exited messenger again. restarted messenger
and it works now. So appearently it is not shutting down all the way or
always getting updated as it should. Maybe a post that multiple trys at the
proccess are required before moving on to something else would help others.
