| | Copying over WL settings, user tiles etc from XP to Windows 7 Can you please tell me all the files, there locations and registry key settings that I need to extract from the original XP machine to be able to have Windows Live Messenger appear with all the contact list and their avatars/user tile and settings. So that Windows Live Messenger looks exactly the same on the Windows 7 machine as it did at last logon on the XP machine. Trying to figure this out (unsuccessfully) is driving me mad. I seem to remember this being a straight forward procedure with older versions of Messenger. |
