| | Cannot get to Contacts-ship-neutral.cab file fix for 80040154 erro Hello, I am getting the error code 80040154 when trying to sigin to Windows Live Messenger 9.0. I have tried registering the msxml3.dll file and running the msxml.msi install, but that did not resolve the problem. Now I am trying to go to "http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/F/4/0F4D...s-ship-neutral.cab" to download that file, which is another suggested fix, but I get an error about the site not being available, etc. . .Would anyone know where I can find this file?
