Beginning with the 2009 products, the "contacts" portion of the software has been taken out
of the each individual product and made into its own. This is what you're seeing crashing.

There's a whole slew of reasons why this would be crashing including (but sadly not limited
to) using non-default Windows themes (which doesn't appear to be the case here), having the
Nvidia Forceware access manager installed, other third-party firewall/antivirus software and
just having a corrupt contacts database store (more later on this if necessary as it's not
usually the case).
