Vista - Unable to send files, pictures

I can't send files nor pictures by messenger overseas. I have try all that is
to be try in the web. Do you have any suggestion? Everytime that I send a
file or picture it fails. This only happens overseas. Within user in the US I
have no problem, but I try with relatives in Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina,
Venezuela and Spain and the feature is not working. I try doing in Vista, XP
and 2000. Also using different ISP's. Please help

You are not alone. Check a post named "Issues sending and receiving files"
from 9/25/2009.

I e-mailed tech support, they asked me for logs a pair of days ago but I
haven't heard anything else from them.
