| | HELP please Yesterday I got a brand new laptop with Windows Vista, and I installed Windows Live Messenger, right after install I could open it and add see my contacts, although I didn't actually chat because none of my contacts were online. However, today every time I open the Live Mesenger an ERROR message comes up saying Messenger is not working correctly and will shut down. And gives me no option but to accept the shutting down of it. Messenger does open for a second and I even get to see when I message comes in, but then the Error message appears. No matter how many times I reboot the PC or the Messenger, it happens again. I also did the Windows Update, disabled the Firewall and turned off the anti-virus, but still get the same Message. Any idea of what I can do??? Please help! thank you! |
