Greetings,
Which Windows version is being used here? If it's Vista (or Win7), you might try turning off
autotuning, as it may just be incompatible with your work's network setup.
To turn off this feature, open up an elevated command prompt and type the following:
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
