Vista - please i really needs help with my msn history

i have deleted my msn messenger history of my computer and i really needs it
back is there any ways of getting it back

could get it sent to me in any way
hope some one can help me tar

Well, your Messenger history is stored on your own computer and is not stored on the server.
As such, you can't simply re-download it.

However, what you can do is try some file recovery tools to attempt to get the history files
back. See Part I, #2 for a list of free applications to help with this here:

You can quickly view the location your history files would have been in by opening any
Messenger window, pressing the Alt key on the keyboard to bring up the menu bar, choosing the
Tools menu, then Options, then Messages category and observing the "Save my conversations in
this folder" field. Use your mouse to drag-select the field to see the whole thing. The
history files within this folder that you'll be wanting to undelete are .XML files. You can
use this information to filter through the various deleted files and find what you're looking
for.

One final note -- if you're referring to Messenger Plus! Live chat log files (as opposed to
the Messenger message history), those files will instead be in various month folders in "My
Chat Logs" in your "My Documents" folder. They will be .HTML files.
