Spam email from self

Over the last month or so I have been getting email that indicates it is from
me, using my hotmail address, and no matter how many times I use the "delete
and block" option they continue to arrive.

The header looks like this:
Me (with my email address)
To: For you;
Subject is: Center of Health

The text of the message appears to be dates in history with tidbits about
that date, like:
4.5 billion B.C.
Planet Earth formed
3 billion B.C.
First signs of primeval life (bacteria and blue-green algae) appear in oceans

And it goes on, and on, and on.

So...why am I getting email from what appears to be my email address?

And how do I get it stopped?
