| unknown | Can't access Word since Messenger Update Hi, I have just had to undertake a mandatory update to Live Messenger and since doing this, am completely unable to use Word. I can't even view documents that are saved in Word. When I click on the start button, I now have two Microsoft Word icons (one in bold, the other not) but neither works, both just say 'not responding' and freeze on me. I am a complete novice (took me ages to register here!) and really need some urgent help as I have to type up my husband's invoices using Word today. Thank you! Novice & hopeless! |
