Windows Live won't login to Hotmail existing account

My Vista machine with One Care [HP Pavillion] is having a problem logging
into my existing Hotmail email accounts. When I go to Hotmail.com many
"sign in" windows pop up and down. Sometimes they line up on my taskbar
They all say "sign in" on the task bar. [But the popping up and down of the
sign in window does not always line up on the task bar.] Then when I reach
a page the error message says
---------------------------

The Windows Live Network is unavailable from this site for one of the
following reasons:
a.. This site may be experiencing a problem
b.. The site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network
You can:

a.. You can sign in or sign up at other sites on the Windows Live
Network, or try again later at this site.

-----------------------------

I am also given the option to sign up for Windows Live Hotmail.

To access my hotmail accounts I have to go to my Windows XP desktop
computer. I can login just fine from that machine. I am assuming there is
some known issue with Vista or One Care and there must be a work around.

It isn't a OneCare issue.
Delete your temporary Internet Files and Cookies and try again.
