service de live one care

Bonjour,
Depuis la mise à jour de WLO, celui-ci ne démarre plus au démarrage de
l'ordinateur et je suis obligé d'aller démarrer le service manuellement.
J'ai un message d'erreur me signalant le problème.
J'ai tout essayé , désinstallé et réinstaller WLO sans résultat.
Faut-il attendre la mise à jour de Vista pour que cela disparaisse ?.
Je ne trouve pas le même problème sur le forum
Merci de bien vouloir m'apporter une solution.
