| CPU usage under OneCare 2.0 Since OneCare 2.0 was pushed to my computer, I am noticing that my CPU usage when nothing else is running is usually around 55-65%. If I kill the process, "winss.exe," my CPU usage drops to its normal levels. However, within a few minutes the process starts up again and my CPU usage rises back to 55-65%. This causes my laptop to run very slow, with the fan at full speed. It ran this way all night and continue to do so today. Any idea what might be going on? Thanks! |
