Suffering but want to sort it out

Like the rest I'm pi**ed at what Onecare has done to my small net
without my input. Now I want to sort it. Is there a user guide/manual
I can download.

Re: Suffering but want to sort it out

Simple.
Uninstall OneCare
Use another anti-V (not Norton)
Kaplinsky seems good and cheap.
AVG even cheaper.
Good Luck

A little perspective might help. "Suffering" is what you do if you're an
orphan born with AIDS in South Africa. What you're experiencing is probably
more aptly described as "inconvenience".

Cheers,

Explain your issues here or in the forum,
http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsO....aspx?SiteID=2

I or others will do out best to help out.

Or contact support - How to reach support (FAQ) -
http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsO...21771&SiteID=2

Of course, with you being the UK, the support flow was broken as of last week.
:-( I know that they are working to repair it, but I don't have a status.
