OneCare circle problem

For the past week or so, I've had the following message showing on my
OneCare circle status page against the second PC in my circle:

"There are connection problems between this PC and other PCs in your OneCare
circle. This may impact some functionality. To troubleshoot this problem
click 'Help'.

Go to OneCare on this PC and complete the Actions To Take."

When I go to the PC concerned, however, there are NO 'Actions To Take' and
everything appears fine. Clicking on 'Help' shows absolutely no useful
information.

The 3 PCs in my circle are connected only via the internet, but the third PC
has shown no conection problems at all. I've tried doing a 'refresh' of the
printers but this has no effect.

How do I clear this message?

TIA

Ray Martin

Re: OneCare circle problem

I'm starting to see more reports of this in the forums for OneCare, but the only
solution so far has been the "Hit it with a hammer" approach of reinstalling
OneCare on the hub PC. In some cases, unsubscribing the affected PC and then
reinstalling (someone said they activated again, but I can't tell you if you
need to reinstall or simply "subscribe" after using the unsubscribe link on the
hub) and activating has also resolved communication issues between PCs in a
Circle.
I'll refer you to support, though, Ray:

Thanks for that, Steve.

I've raised a support request - watch this space!
