cancel only by phone?

Hello,
I looked into cancelling my OneCare subscription and the only way I can see
to do this is by calling Customer Service? Is that correct? I am surprises
one can't just do this via email. I just cancelled a giganews account and
all that was required was a short online form. Does anyone have experience
cancelling OneCare or know of an alternative method? Not that calling would
be so horrible I just don't want to go through long hold times and having to
answer questions or being prodded not to cancel. Anyone with experience to
share?
TIA
Paula

Calling is the only way, but they don't do any prodding to not cancel, to the
best of my knowledge.
