This topic has been addressed previously, but I also don't know why MS doesn't allow online renewal of OneCare, when many other AV programs do. There is no cost to MS, and you can buy the boxed version cheaper. Doesn't make sense. It may lead some to consider changing to another program at renewal time. I hope we can "pressure" MS to change its policy. What is the best way to appeal?
