Can Live care One work together with other anivirus?

I am getting really curious about live one care, but I am running already an antivirussuite in my system: Bitdefender Securitysuite 2008. Can both run together?

No.
You must remove other antivirus programs and firewalls to prevent conflicts. All
security product vendors will recommend against running more than one a/v
program as this can cause system instability, performance issues and possible
crashes as the scanners step on each other's turf to look at each file and
process first.
