When I try to run OneCare, I get a constant warning of an Internet Explorer
Script Error. I can click yes or no multiple times (over 30 each) and get the same result. The warning disappears & then comes back immediately. It ends up the only thing I can do is turn off my computer, because I cannot even quit IE. It comes up & says it is waiting on a response from me to continue cannot quit. I have Windows XP with all the updates. IE 7 with all updates New download of OneCare This is the info that is in the script error box: Line: 90 Object: 1 Error: Object Expected Code: 0 URL: about:blank Thanks in advance -- Make money at home. It sounds to me like you've got some corruption with the script handling in IE.
The fact that it completely hoses IE and requires a hard reboot is particularly bad. Are you using Internet Explorer 7? Do you have any add-ins/toolbars installed? -steve "Goldfinger" <goldfinger@xxxxxx> wrote:

Yes, using Internet Explorer 7. Yes I have some tool bars installed. One
Care is the only thing I have a problem with. Everything else works fine. And I have tried IE with no add-ons & the same thing happens. "StephenB" <sboots@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:hvjo04t2qci0hdn9lvrh9s0vm35juhi6db@xxxxxx

Script errors of this type are typically due to a problem with the browser -
either settings or the local cache. Try deleting temporary Internet files first. Failing that, consider using the reset option on the advanced tab of IE Options. And, last resort, uninstall and reinstall IE7. -steve "Goldfinger" <goldfinger@xxxxxx> wrote:
