Hello Stephen,
I did indeed formerly use OneCare on XP about a year ago. But when I upgraded to Vista, I could not reactivate OneCare on Vista. I contacted Microsoft about this, and they couldn't figure out the problem either. ANyway, after a week or so I just gave up and have never used Onecare since. I do not use ONeCare on my computer, I have not used it for nearly a year, so why have I been billed? As far as I can see I have to activate OneCare just to speak to support. I do not want to install OneCare on my computer. Please can you just give me an email address for somebody in OneCare billing? Send me an email, Rich and identify yourself as Rich T from the newsgroup and
tell me what country you are in. sboots@xxxxxx - use "OneCare" somewhere in the subject line to pass my spam filtering and I'll hook you up. Yes, the unfortunate thing is that the subscription, by default, when paid by credit card is auto-renewed and the *only* way to cancel is to contact support - not a easy task as you noticed. :-( -steve "Rich T" <nobody@xxxxxx> wrote:
