Windows XP Service Pack 3 and OneCare

I want to install SP3 on my XP Home laptop with OneCare, but I cannot find
any information about compatibility or conflicts on the Microsoft Support
site or the OneCare help site.

Should I expect issues?

You should not expect any issues with XP SP3 and OneCare.
