I have a friend who is running Windows Vista Premium. He has Windows
Photo Gallery installed but that doesn't allow easy resizing of
photos. I understand that Windows Live Photo Gallery will do that but
I am concerned about installing it as I ONLY want to install WLPG and
not the rest of the LIve suite.

On the Microsoft page for WLPG the download link (Get It Free) opens a
choice for WLinstaller.exe

If I download this installer for him and then execute it will it only
install WLPG or will it install all Live services?

Thanks, Shawn. It was as you described except that besides WLPG there
was another entry in the install option. Should have written it down
but I think it was something like a feedback or signin app. No option
for not installing it.
