Vista - Twin Digital Tuner Card

I have been looking for a TV tuner card that has two digital (ATSC) tuners for OTA broadcasts in the USA. It seems that every twin tuner card I have found has one digital and one analog tuner. Since the analog tuner will be of no use one year from now I am not interested in buying a card with an analog tuner in it. It may be that there are no digital twin tuner cards available, but if anyone knows of one, I would love to hear about it. Here are all of the specs I would like to have on this card:

PCIe (first choice) or PCI (second choice) interface.
Twin digital (ATSC) TV tuners for OTA broadcasts.
Audio and Video line-in connections for my satellite TV receiver.
IR blaster to turn on the satellite receiver for a recording event.
Must work with Vista Home Premium 64 bit and Media Center.
