| Vista Ultimate 64bit SP1 | BluerRay Playback in Media Center Is there anyway to get a blue ray movie to play in WMC? I have Power dvd ultra 7.3 HD suite installed and updated but it still doesnt let me play it in WMC. How can I fix this? |

| Vista Ultimate X64 SP2 | Re: BluerRay Playback in Media Center Johngalt- the HD DVD and Blu-ray extentions for MCE are dated 2006, This was before studios started using AACS/BD+ copy protection(Sony, Disney, Fox). The Blu-ray movies now check for legitimate/revoked player keys before allowing playback. Even licensed players (Cyberlink, WinDVD) are having dificulty with new releases. Since MCE doesnt have Blu-ray keys required for playback, I doubt the extentions will work without using a AACS/BD+ encryption stipping program(Slysoft AnyDVD HD).
