| Vista Home Premium 32bit, SP2 | Re: pre-recorded DVD subtitles Prior to viewing: select any highlighted task in wmc (ex: picture library). right-click anywhere. select settings. select DVD or TV. select closed-captioning. toggle + or - to select how you want cc to respond. Enable or disable during playback: simply right-click on the screen, select settings and go from there. I should've researched it more before posting. It was quite easy to find!
