This is not a driver issue, this an OS issue. For OS issues I go to to MS, for driver issues I go to the MFR. Notice google does not appear in those paths.

That may well be, but when they started ramming the Google search engine down peoples throat with Adobe acrobat and the like I lost faith and refused to use it. I won't change that opinion.

Yes I don't like that either, but at least you have a chance to opt out. Many places do exactly the same, it's a way of boosting their revenue.

Give me no option I'm VERY unhappy, make me opt out I'm unhappy, let me opt in I'm ok with it. I won't opt in, but I'm ok.

I guess they can't make everyone happy. I look at it as a way to keep the service free.
