Vista - Trouble Burning iTunes to CD on Vista 64

I recently puchased a new desktop with Vista 64. I don't have issues copying cd to cd but can't burn a cd from iTunes. I didn't have this issue with XP on my laptop. Appears to be a compatibility issue with Visat64. I reloaded iTunes v8 three times with no success. Any suggestions?

I too have Vista 64 and iTunes burning seems to work just fine. That seems to rule out a vista64 incompatibility in iTunes itself. The blank CD doesn't show up as a "device" in the left of the window like it used to on XP, but right-clicking on a playlist gives a "burn" option that works. What happens when you try it?
