| Vista Ultimate Edition x64 | Annoying video problem When im watching my shows on my notebook, i always get a annoying error. It keeps freezing all the time! When the movie inside gets faster ( someone is running or fighting ) it tends to freeze a bit and then move on. Its not the movie problem , cause if i replay the video, in the same second that it freezed, it wouldnt freeze in there. I Use VLC Media Player, and already tried it on Windows Media Player, so i think it is not a Player issue. And also, my Framerate is always low in lineage II. I don't understand ! I have a Nvidia 8600m GT and it freezes like hell. Everything should be running smoothly ... is there a error with my Graphics Card? Cause it is starting to annoy me! I open a folder, and i have to wait like 10 seconds for the Icons to show up. Is it vista? That uses more of my CPU and (kill it)? Even Firefox sometimes lasts 30 seconds or one minute to open up. Please help me.. ( Help, i need somebody help, not just anybody help, i need someone heeeeelp!) |

| Mojave Ultimate x64 | Re: Annoying video problem VLC has built in codecs, that is correct. And AVI file could be a multitude of formats as AVI is just a container. You could try installing FFDshow (my preference), or install the Vista Codec Pack, then play the movie again in Windows Media Player and see if you are still having the same problem. |
