chato Vista Home Premium 32bit 2 posts	error MediaCaputer9.exe and CPScommontools9.dll not found I was trying to import my music from an external hard drive using Windows vista Home premium transfer music software that appears when you plug in a USB drive or thumb but when I tried I got this message. MediaCapture9.exe This application failed to a start because CPScommontools9.dll was not found.
