| Vista 32bit | What format to rip dvds? Hi all! I have a large collection of DVDs that I want to rip onto my computer and play under media center. I am using the program 'DVD Decrypter' to rip them but every format that I have tried does not show up in MC when i go to 'view dvd collection' even though i have added the correct folders for it to search under. What format should i use or is there another setting i need to change? |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: What format to rip dvds? For Media Center to detect the movies rip them as a DVD (it will create TS_Video & TS_Audio folders). Then make the following registry change: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Settings\DvdSettings and change the "ShowGallery" value to "Gallery." Now your movies will show up under DVD Library |
