Vista - Missing guide listings for 2nd HD channel 18-2 KLRU Create

The local PBS station here in Austin has a second HDTV station channel 18-2 KLRU Create. The programming is your standard how-to PBS stuff like New Yankee Workshop, Central Texas Gardner, Make, et cetera. However, when I add the channel and go to select the guide listings, they are not available. I can find KLRU's main station channel 18-1, but Create seems to be whole absent from available choices. I can only surmise that this means that the guide listings are not making it to the guide listings provider. Sure, I could go in and manually add recording times and the channel, but that's not going to work for keywords or program names.

How does one go about filing a request to get these guide listings added???

Anybody have any idea which source the guide listings come from? I thought it was zaptoit.com, but checking there, the KLRU2 / 18-2 channel is listed and has the data. I just have no idea whom to rattle to get it fixed. Grrrr!
