| x64 | Re: linksys extender for wvx64 files play on desktop but not extender (projector) I think i figured it out....no matter what your computer will play, the extender is going to play certain file types- as listed in manual. What I have done to solve this inconvenience is convert all file types that will not play via extender, to a file type that is known to play really well via extender... I picked a program called "Any Video Converter" , advertised as fool-proof, not alot of settings (at all) to adjust, or tinker with....I usually convert to mpeg2...not sure if thats the best one to use for quality or not- but i do know they play perfectly on my projector via linksys dma2200 extender....hope that helps |
