Vista - Copying Prohibited.

I've been happily using Vista Ultimate x64 with the TVPack2008 and the TVPack upgrade for months now without issue.

I had a hard drive fail so I purchased a new one and re-installed Vista along with the TVpack2008 and all the OS upgrades. Now when I try to watch a certain channel (AMC) I get a "Copying Prohibited" This recorded program can only be viewed on the computer it was recorded message.

I've reinstalled the OS at least 3 times now and the only conclusion I can come up with is that the TVPack2008 is causing this problem. What is odd is that it worked perfectly before. If I don;t add the TVPack2008 I cannot see my previously recorded shows so I'm stuck in a loop.

Has anyone experienced this issue and come up with a valid solution?
