| Newbie | Opening Media Center failure problem I can't do anything with my Media Center. I get a pop up window when I try to open it. It reads: Media Center has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program. Anyone can help with this problem.  |

| Senior Member | Re: Opening Media Center failure problem What else is going on with the PC when this happens? Are there any other programs running (either in the background or in the foreground)? Does the screen at least advance to the blue Media Center Screen and then you get the popup, or does the popup happen before that? Let me know. Cheers, |
