| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Re: connect burner Hello kandieoneluv, Is this on the XP or Vista machine ?. By burner, it means a CD/DVD drive, confirm that your drive is working, try playing a CD/DVD. Also you can go to Device Manager, un-install the drivers for you CD/DVD drive and reboot, it will reload the drivers on boot up, and confirm that your drive is being recognised by Vista. Right click on the icon of your CD/DVD drive from within My computer > properties > recording tab, check to see if it's set to record from your device. Try this and post your results, good luck. If this does not work there are other solutions to the problem, it's just this is the easiest to start with. |
