Windows media player

I keep getting an error message called COODOFEA and lots of the icons show ballons and a musical note beside them. I cannot get rid of the error and there is not much in the way of help online. Has anyone cam across this error before and been able to correct it?

Re: Windows media player

Could be a video driver, or a codec missing. I know that when a machine I was working on didn't have the correct drivers it wouldn't even attempt opening a video

Re: Windows media player

Download and install this, but be careful and make sure to UNCHECK the media player, it's not needed

Click on the big green box that says 'Latest Version' install it, then check to see if the problem still persists.

Re: Windows media player

Use the k-lite codec it usually fixes anything like that.
