Which is best codec pack for windows vista?

It should not mess up WMC functions [fastforward or reverse] etc.. and other things..instead all files shd be played in media center as default files are being played..

i was using one form softpedia.net earlier..

please reply and poll which one is best?

I had klite but thought to try shark's codec so uninstalled klite and installed shark's codec

now if I play movie in WMC, it's shaking mildly
solution?
