Stuttering sound and picture

    Stuttering sound and picture

    Just very recently watching videos such as the weather forecast etc. the pictures and sound are hopelessly out of sync. How do I correct this please?

    Hello Rob.

    Try updating your sound card driver and your video card driver by doing a quick google search with your computers make and model.

    example: "google search > "HP Pavilion g6 drivers"

    It says my realtek sound card is up to date but where do I find the name of my video card driver?

    You can run online virus scans such as Jotti or what not if you ever have a download that you don't trust.

    I just did a quick google search and that was the main result for "Driver Updater". Generally the first few results are major companies.

    I noticed that a new version of Adobe Flash Player 11 Active X automatically loaded today so maybe that will help. Viewing the small window is perfect but once enlarged the stuttering begins.

    If your drivers are up to date right click a space next to your notifications and open Task Manager, click Processes and see if a running process is using all your memory. post back
    You can ignore system idle processes. what is the main user left?
