HowardP Newbie Join Date: Jan 2008 Vista Home Premium 32bit. 6 posts Rep Power: 6	Problem Receiving Mail in Outlook 2003 I am running Vista Premium Home and, while I am able to send mail in Outlook 2003, I am unable to receive it. I am having the same problem with Windows Mail, Live Mail, and Thunderbird.
