If I run Winword from the instal directory as run as administrator it works. If I turn off UAC it works. Otherwise |

First I deleted C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\OFFICE\DATA\opa12.dat then i resupplied my activation details and now office 2007 is all working. Be warned this seems to be all caused by a recent microsoft update for office, thank you microsoft. |

Great fun and a waste of time and energy. i still am catching up with programs to reinstall etc. Interesting that you think it came from a Word update. My system started to do this after having to clear and reinstalling Adobe CS3 regards |
